Operational & Strategic Clarity
About Lleo
Lleo exists for a particular kind of problem. The point at which an organization’s people, systems, and technology stop moving in step, and the cost of that misalignment quietly compounds. We were built to find it, name it plainly, and put it right, with the senior judgment that work of this kind demands.
We keep the firm deliberately close to the work. Every engagement is led by people who have done it before, inside real organizations and under real constraints, rather than observed it from a distance. Depth over volume, and judgment over process.
Our Team
Our consultants have spent their careers inside complex, highly regulated organizations, across healthcare, private equity, fintech, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, and consulting. They have built and repaired the systems that run the people function, led integrations through mergers and acquisitions, and worked at the level where these decisions are actually made. Our work spans the major HR platforms, Workday among them.
That range matters, because the problems we are called for rarely sit in one place. They live between the business and its technology, and they take someone who has stood on both sides to resolve.
The Founder
Lleo was founded by Autumn Bardwell-Baez, a people-technology leader whose work centers on a single conviction; Technology should serve the people who depend on it, and most operational failures blamed on systems in fact begin with processes that were never designed or owned. She built Lleo to fix that at the source.
