Fractional CHRO and CPO Leadership

Executive people leadership for when you need the seat. Not another full-time executive.

Where the role goes deep

Some companies aren't ready for a full-time chief people officer, but they've outgrown running without one. The strategy is getting made by default, the risk is sitting unmanaged, and no one senior owns the people function as a whole.

That is what a fractional CHRO or CPO is for. We step into that seat on an ongoing basis, a day or two a week, and take real ownership of the people strategy. Not from the outside as an advisor, but from the inside as the leader accountable for it.

It is the same idea that runs through everything we do. Most of what breaks in an organization breaks because no one owns it. This is us being the owner, for as long as you need one.

How companies bring us in

Ongoing

A standing fractional seat, holding the people function as long as you need.

Interim through a transition

A merger, divestiture, or leadership gap, held by someone who has done it before, until the permanent structure is ready.
