Lleo is built on a simple idea. The best work in this field comes from people who have done it, not observed it. We hire accordingly.

We are a small firm by design, and we intend to stay close to the work as we grow. Every person we bring on shapes the firm, carries real responsibility early, and works directly on the problems clients call us for. There is no bench, and no layer between our consultants and the work that matters.

Who we look for

We look for people who have stood on both sides of the line between the business and its technology. People who can sit with a frustrated leader and a broken system and see the process failure underneath both.

The specifics matter less than the pattern. Some of the strongest people we know came from inside HR, others from technology, others from consulting or operations. What they share is judgment, the discipline to understand a problem before solving it, and a low tolerance for work that looks finished but changes nothing.

Experience across regulated industries such as healthcare, private equity, fintech, pharmaceuticals, and aerospace is valued, though not required. Curiosity and rigor are.

What the work asks

Our engagements are focused and senior. You will be close to clients, accountable for outcomes, and expected to form a point of view and defend it. In return, you work on problems that genuinely matter, alongside people who have done this before, without the volume and distance of a larger firm.
